We are hiring for both of our offices in American Fork and Ogden, Utah. The Web Developer designs, programs, and tests complex requests from project managers. The ideal candidate is energetic and easy-going with a great work ethic and the personality for a diverse, customer service oriented, casual work environment. The candidate should love
meeting interface and development challenges daily with enthusiasm while also researching and proposing new technologies in their field and interacting with their peers.

• Assist in the development of detailed project specifications
• Work on medium to large mission-critical projects
• Develop new and update existing code individually and in a team environment
• May mentor, coach, and give day-to-day work direction to developers assigned to project

Education and Experience:
• BS degree or equivalent in computer science/I\information technology or related field
• At least 4 years web application development experience on medium to large mission-critical projects

Required Skills:
• Demonstrated success in a very demanding work environment that is highly technical and fast-paced.
• Must be able to effectively work on multiple projects concurrently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills
• Linux/UNIX experience (basic shell scripts and cron)

Must have hands-on working knowledge of the following technical areas:
o PHP, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS
o Object Orientated development applications and design framework
o MySQL – both SQL query language and database structure/design
o UNIX/Apache web hosting server environment
o Software development and maintenance practices and methodologies
o Awareness of code efficiencies such as the reuse of common modules and identifies opportunities for request consolidation and/or reusability

Working knowledge of the following technical areas are a plus:
o FLEX, Flash, AJAX, Java, J2EE, SOAP, Developing Widgets
